Good morning to all,

I will say this with utmost respect. I called Chase bank this morning to report an issue. The gentleman who answered was obviously doing his best to maintain an “American” accent. He was polite and well spoken. It was also obvious that he was trying extraordinarily hard to reiterate my concerns as well as my last name. It was also painfully obvious that he was robotic in his responses.

Why am I frustrated you ask? Because there are many in our great country who are well educated and willing to work for a fair wage.

Companies like Chase Bank, Intuit, Quicken and many more use non American people to staff their telephones. It frustrates me, because my conversations usually are awkward and difficult.

I have no issue using foreign countries for many things, but telephone support I feel,  should be handled by American citizens that fully command our language.

Until next time,    Think! Actionlocksmithinc.com
