- When you call, if you get a dispatcher or receptionist ask them if they are an actual employee of the company and where is the call center?
- Are you insured and can you prove it?
- What is the cost? Give me a range.
- If they say it is X$ to come out and the tech will tell you when he/she arrives……..hang up!
- Will they come in a marked work vehicle and wear uniforms?
- How long in business as well as the tech tenure/experience?
These are simple ways of weeding out a potential bad apple.
