Half finished jobs

Yesterday we came across a commercial door, on a very large commercial building, with a von duprin bar and external power supply. They had a technician out a week ago that obviously had no idea how to take care of the situation. They disconnected the power supply from the main power line and left it as is. When you hire a technician in any field its very important to ask questions and figure out before hiring them if they know what they are doing. Please never be afraid to ask many many questions when hiring a service provider of any sort.
