We often find ourselves in situations that hit home for instance bad customer service.  How would you rank yourself? Your company?  As a business owner and operator I know the importance of good customer service but more importantly I want to be treated well when I’m a customer.

I have learned what to do and not to do with my customers by being a customer myself.
