Please be courteous

When it comes to locksmtihing, nothing is more aggravating than getting that late night call for someone being locked out, and then having the person either angry with you for taking so long, or the person having called multiple smiths.
Locksmiths have lives and families to attend too. If you call one of us late at night, chances are we have to drop what were doing, put on our uniform, and head out to you. Most of us have left family events, dinners, time with our children, movies, etc, for someone being locked out. When we get there, you should thank us for our time, let us do our job, pay us, and let us be on our way. Someone with an attitude can easily ruin a night for those around them.
The second not I would like to make here is, if you schedule a locksmith to come out, don’t keep calling around! The moment we get that late night call we get into motion. If we are on the move and you call us to cancel because you “found someone faster”, stand us up, or we arrive to find other locksmiths on site, you should be ashamed. Weve dropped whatever we were doing, and gone out of our way to be as fast as possible, not just to get paid, but to help you out, only to be blown off.
