If you are interested in having a basic alarm system for your home or business look on line and educate yourself. I was surprised and the quantity of units available. Don’t just look at cost check the features, the distance the signal travels and the kit includes items you will actually use.
What I needed was a basic one panel (key pad) a couple of window sensors and a motion detector. I paid $54.00 including shipping.

I know that it is a low cost product, but when I looked at the Honeywell and other name brands I wondered if they too were made in China and how good are they. Price ranged from $250-699.00. I’m sure they have better ranges and other higher quality components but for my needs I chose the less costly units.
